King Arthur Uther Pendragon, a former soldier and practising Pagan Priest named John Rothwell changed his name by deed poll in1986. He believes he is the incarnation of King Arthur. This dawned upon him during avisit to the religious site of Stonehenge in 1986. For the past 23 years he has lived a nomadic lifestyle, giving up his home and staying with friends and family around the country, as he lives his modern day incarnation of King arthur. He permanently wears full battle frock and crown, and has earned the legal right to carry his four and a half foot Celtic broad sword Ecalibur. His faithful steed is a red Triumph motorbike. He has stood for Paliament in 2005, and is currently standing again, in the up and coming elections 2009 in Salisbury Wiltshire.
